A deliciously sweet, fruity punch-like infusion, with no added sugars and full of vitamins. A great choice for kids, especially iced.
Apple pieces, hibiscus flowers, rosehip, grapes, lemon peel, pineapple pieces, papaya, rose petals, strawberry pieces, and raspberry pieces.
Cold brew method: Brew 2 - 3 tablespoons to a 1 litre jug and add cold tap or filtered water. Refrigerate overnight. Add ice, fresh fruit and mint leaves, if desired.
Hot brew method: Brew 1 teaspoon to 1 cup of boiling water and infuse for 5 - 8 minutes. The longer brewed, the stronger the flavour.
