Lemon Myrtle (Australian Grown)
A bright, refreshing, zingy, citrus infusion.
Rich in antioxidants with antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, soothes sore throats, reduces headaches and fevers and is high in calcium and magnesium, which relieves pain and calms nerves.
Brew 1 teaspoon to 1 cup of 80 degree water and infuse for 2 - 4 minutes. The longer brewed, the stronger the flavour. Also delicious and refreshing as an iced tea.
Cold brew method: Brew 1 tablespoon to a 1 litre jug and add cold tap or filtered water. Refrigerate overnight.
