A non-caffeinated, calming herbal infusion, indigenous to South Africa, Honeybush is naturally sweet, low in tannins, high in antioxidants, and is a mild expectorant. With the addition of vanilla and caramel, it's a very delicious, dessert style tea, perfect after dinner.

Brew 1 teaspoon to 1 cup of boiling water and infuse for 5 - 8 minutes. The longer brewed, the stronger the flavour. Add milk and honey to sweeten if desired.
