Echinacea, yarrow, elderflowers, peppermint, chamomile, calendula and orange blossoms.
Brew 1 teaspoon to 1 cup of boiling water and infuse for 5 - 8 minutes. The longer brewed, the stronger the flavour. Add honey to sweeten, if desired.
