A finely ground powder of specially grown and processed sencha tea leaves. It produces a full-bodied, creamy, vegetal flavour, with the most amazing, frothy green colour.
Brew 1/2 - 1 flat teaspoon to 1 cup of 80 degrees water and whisk with a bamboo whisk until a thick, bubbly froth is on the surface.
