A non-caffeinated, calming herbal infusion, indigenous to South Africa, Honeybush is low in tannins, high in antioxidants, and is a mild expectorant. With the addition of chai spices, aids digestion and circulation and is a very delicious, comforting brew.
Honeybush, cinnamon, cardamom, fennel seeds, ginger root, cloves and lemon peel.
Brew 1 teaspoon to 1 cup of boiling water and infuse for 5 - 8 minutes. The longer brewed, the stronger the flavour. Add milk and honey to sweeten, if desired.
